WARRANTY STATEMENT

Street Legal: Motorcycles, Scooters 50cc, 110cc, 150cc and 250cc engines limited warranty to be free of defects.
Limited warranty - parts only for 1 year or 3000 miles, whichever occurs first.

OFFROAD: ATV, Dune buggy and dirt bike vehicles 50cc, 70cc, 90cc, 110cc, 150cc, 200cc, 250cc and 300cc engines Limited warranty-parts only 3 month

OFFROAD: 300cc UTILITY ATV and 400CC UTILTY ATV engines Limited warranty- parts only for 6 month or 1000 miles whichever comes first

Vitacci Motorcycles, Inc. WILL NOT be responsible for any labor charges incurred during repair of the vehicle, even if the vehicle is within the warranty period.

REPLAEMENT PARTS: Vitacci Motorcycles, Inc. reserves the right to request defective parts to be sent back to its warehouse for inspection before shipping replacement parts. Shipping charges for the outgoing parts and parts sent back will be the sole responsibility of the party requesting new parts.
Parts that are damaged as a result of collision or shipping are not covered by this warranty. Freight costs associated with delivery of motorcycles to us or shipping them back to the owner or dealer are not covered.

TRANSFERABILITY: Limited Warranty is transferable only with permission from Vitacci Motorcycles; Inc.
Vehicles purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered under this warranty.
